Recipe Ideas for Dinner: Valentines Day Dinner For the Family

Valentines Day Dinner For the Kids Our traditional family favorites!!! Hi Warrior Chics, Here's a nice idea that you can do during Valentines Day for the Kids.  Breakfast Berry Smoothie • 1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) (strawberries, blueberries, etc) • 2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate Combine in a blender and mix until smooth. Thin with more orange juice if desired. Lunch Heart Shaped Mini Pepperoni Pizzas •Pre made pizza dough •Pizza sauce •Pizza cheese •Pepperoni slices •Large heart shaped cookie cutter(for pizza dough) •Small heart shaped cookie cutter(for pepperoni slices) Cut pizza dough and pepperoni slices into their respective heart shapes. Valentines Day Goodies Hi Warrior Chics, Here's a nice treat that you can make during Valentines Day.  Red Velvet Brownies Brownies 1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp red liquid food coloring 1 tsp vanilla extract Filling 6 oz. cream cheese at room temperature  6 tbs. unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar nonpareil sprinkles (red dots) optional To prepare the brownie. Whisk flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt in bowl to combine. Mix melted butter and brown sugar in large bowl stir in egg, food coloring and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into a baking dish lightly sprayed.  To prepare the filling. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Valentines Day Goodies Hi Warrior Chics, Here's a nice treat that you can make during  Valentines Day.  Red Velvet Cookies 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter at rom temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tbsp red liquid food coloring 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl to combine. Beat butter with granulated and brown sugars, in bowl with mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, scraping down side of bowl after each addition. Beat in food coloring, vinegar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate 1 hour.  When ready to bake:  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Frm dough into balls (about 2 tbs each). P
