Valentines Day Goodies Hi Warrior Chics, Here's a nice treat that you can make during Valentines Day. Red Velvet Cookies 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter at rom temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tbsp red liquid food coloring 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl to combine. Beat butter with granulated and brown sugars, in bowl with mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, scraping down side of bowl after each addition. Beat in food coloring, vinegar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate 1 hour.
