Healthy Lifestyle: How to Make a Healthy Lifestyle Change?

Every day, dozens of times a day, we make choices about our well-being. Some of them are “must dos” — brush and floss teeth, exercise — but others are more negotiable. Seven or eight hours of sleep? Water or green tea with lunch? Broiled chicken or grilled fish for dinner? Today the American Standard Diet is causing us to become obese and contributes to the very diseases we are spending money to prevent. The American Standard Diet is  • High in animal fats • High in unhealthy fats: saturated, hydrogenated • Low in fiber • High in processed foods • Low in complex carbohydrates • Low in plant-based foods The Standard American Diet or SAD is heavy on red meat, pork, foods made from dairy o...

We live in Atlanta  and all our family lives in Florida. Therefore we have no support system here, everything is up to us. After reading Barbara Sheri book Scanner which is defiantly me.  I love my business more than anything. I was twenty-three years old when I did my first organization project, I was scared yet proud from actually accomplishing something. I am truly blessed to do what make my heart sing.  My days are so fulfilling and fun that I never feel like I am at work. During my lifestyle management sessions many of my client have be...

Hi Warrior Chics, One of the best things you can do for your skin is to stay hydrated. By drinking enough water everyday, you can help your skin look plump and glowing without having to pile on all the treatments and the lotions. It all starts with a Daily Routine… Most of us have a skincare routine that we stick to out of habit-it’s all about a repetition of steps you have to do day in and day out. All you need to remember is this three step system.  Three Simple Steps Cleanse Treat Protect Morning and Night Routine Step 1: Cleanse Clean your skin first thing every morning with luke warm water and your choice of cleanser. I used Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads. I use both in morning and at night to remove my makeup and cleanse my skin before bed to remove dirt and oil that can clog pores and dull my complexion. One side of the pad is lightly textured to exfoliate and smooth dry patches, and the other is flat to lift away dirt, o...
