Top 9: Ways To Make The Most Of Your Looks

Take care of your mouth

Everyone finds a healthy set of teeth and gums attractive, and not taking care of your mouth can be downright repulsive. Brush your teeth regularly with whitening toothpaste, floss every night and whiten your teeth with a Crest home kit twice a year.

Exercise
Add some fitness to your daily lifestyle. You should mix cardio with weight-bearing exercises, concentrating on doing reps that engage your major muscle groups (particularly if you're short on time). Plus, exercising will boost your confidence and give your skin a healthy glow.

Eat and drink right
Make a concerted effort to eat right and you’ll have won half the battle in looking your personal best. Your body is like a machine, and refueling that machine with high-quality fuel will profoundly affect how efficiently it runs in addition to how much fat you store, the clarity of your skin, and the strength of your hair and nails.

Skincare
To ensure that the products you buy will work for you, figure out your skin type. Women with oily or acne-prone skin will benefit from a facial wash containing a 2% salicylic acid concentration, while women with dry skin should seek out a cleanser with a creamy texture.

Your skin care arsenal should also include a hydrating moisturizer, an eye cream to reduce any signs of aging, sunscreen to protect against the damaging effects of UV rays, and an exfoliator to make your skin brighter and help unclog pores by getting rid of debris and dead cells. Makeup
Makeup isn't solely for the purpose of looking good or having fun. You can use it as well to rejuvenate your skin so that your beauty is enhanced on a level deeper than the way you paint your face.

Know your flaws
When you know your weak points, you'll be able to minimize them or conceal them to your advantage. I have adult acne on cheek during mistrial time so I cover it up with makeup during that week of the month.

Get rid of facial hairs
Consider waxing every 4 to 6 weeks, in which you apply hot or cold wax to the area of unwanted hair. The hair becomes affixed to the wax and the wax is then pulled off the skin, taking the hair with it. Test a small area of your skin for an allergic reaction before using, and do not use wax on sunburned or irritated skin.

Wear clothes that fit
The biggest mistake women make when it comes to ill-fitting clothing is to favor baggy apparel over more body-conscious designs. Even if you're on the heavyset side, clothing that skims your body (but isn't skin-tight) is the most flattering.

Cultivate your wardrobe

Having a solid foundation of basics in your wardrobe can provide you with a clean and classic look. Basics are timeless and transcend trends. Get the little black dress, get ballet flats, get denim that fits well, find a perfectly fitted T-shirt, purchase every possible flattering color, Get no-show underwear, Get black pumps, and Get a bag that you can wear with anything for any occasion.

Get a crisp white button-down. A button-down top can be mixed and matched with a plethora of items. This versatile piece can be worn on several different occasions.

Get some black trouser pants that can be used for work or a night out. Also consider getting some dark or light khaki for the day.

Get a well-fitted blazer as it can add a touch of professionalism or elegance to an outfit. And a black pencil skirt is a posh addition to your wardrobe.

Get classic accessories. Diamond or cubic zirconium earrings can be worn to casual events or black-tie dinners. Pearl necklaces have the same effect. Find belts in black and brown to wear with pants or pencil skirts. Get black over-sized sunglasses inspired by fashion icon.
