Day 1

1/2 cup oatmeal
Fresh pears, sliced

Day 2
4 scrambled egg whites
1 tomato, sliced
1 medium banana

Day 3
Veggie omelet
1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal

Day 4
2 Scrambled eggs
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal

Day 5
Rise and Shine Smoothie
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen unsweetened berries
Handful of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of honey or 1-2 packs of stevia
